| The Webmaster: ENGR. LEONARDO V. MADEJA, JR. is a native of Naval and a Civil Engineer by profession. Presently he is the department head of the Municipal Planning and Development Office of the Municipal Government of Naval. He is married to Eva Trinidad and they are blessed of having four children: Frances Leah - the eldest and the only daugther, followed by three brothers Frank Lorenz, Franz Leonard and Franco Louis. He has been a recipient of quite a number of government scholarships both sponsored by local and international agencies. Concurrently, he is the Vice-President of the League of Local Planning and Development Coordinators of the Philippines, Inc. (LLPDCPI)- Eastern Visayas Region.
