yup!!! this time it's somebody on the inside, that tried to con our programming manager into slipping back the GPPMPH from it's usual 8 o'clock spot until MIDNIGHT!!! ARRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!?!!
It was the GAY that brought us down, but it's the GAY that might as well save us. So the station manager was totally out of line and tried to make a call that's totally the Executive Producer's responsibility. I think it was totally a power trip AND/OR just a lil bit of the 'save me gay jesus' that brought it all on it. Feedback from normal people indicates that the new Ninja Story Time's not offensive, nor is it ACTUALLY, if you pay attention to the dialogue. Like that OTHER gay skit.
Anyway, Pat and I agreed that I'd censor one of the lines she pointed out that included "dry-humping to Laibach". The episode is FCC approved, but we did it for the hell of it, just to say that we censored the episode. Remember kids, street cred can go a longer way than kicking someone, which I'm about to do at this next WNYF e-board meeting.
