Puntland lawmakers were scheduled to continue budget hearings at parliament hall in the administrative capital Garowe on Sunday, but many MPs stormed out after being "harassed" by soldiers deployed near the entryway, the lawmakers said. Another MP, Abdi Jama Ahmed, said: "I want to inform the Puntland public that there is clear embezzlement of public funds going on."
