LOU'S BAR-B-QUE SAUCE

16 ounces Tomato Sauce
2 large lemons
2 large oranges
6 large cloves garlic
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons black molasses
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coarse mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt

Remove the zest from the lemons and oranges. Place the zest and the remainder of the ingredients into a food processor and blend thoroughly.  pour into a sauce pan and simmer for 1 hour then allow to cool.  This sauce is the ultimate on ribs!!  Use it as a mop or pour over the ribs in a large pan and bake at 300 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes after grilling.

Yield: 36 ounces
