SALSA VERDE with a Twist |

6 Tomatillas 5 Jalape�os Juice of 1 lime 1 Medium Onion � Head Garlic 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt 3 Kiwi Fruit 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder � teaspoon Cumin
Peel the Kiwi fruit and halve. Cut the stem end from the jalape�os. Add these and the rest of the ingredients to a food processor and puree. Refrigerate to chill and serve cold. Enjoy!!
