Smarties Cookies �
(4 oz) butter
(4 oz) dark soft brown sugar
(2 oz) light soft brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
(4 oz) wholemeal self raising flour
(4 oz) plain flour
(4 oz) Smarties (3 tubes approximately) �
Cream butter and sugars together, until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Stir in flours and Smarties.
Divide mixture into walnut size pieces, place on greased baking trays.

375�F 10 mins
