Cucumber Raita

� 7 fl oz natural yogurt
�� 5 inch cucumber, grated
�� 1 fresh green chilli, seeded (optional)
�� 1 tsp ground black pepper
�� 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Finely chop the green chilli.
Beat the yogurt gently with a fork until creamy.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Chill before serving.
