(Created Date:6/13/04)

Mr. Kerry should not be running for any pubic office without the consent of Congress by two-thirds of each house.
Mr. Kerry was an officer of the United States during the Vietnam War. Upon his return he choice to become an anti-war activist. Not only was he against the war but he also volunteered as a speaker and helped organize many rallies for this cause.
A quote from one of the fliers given out by; Operation Raw
The purpose of this operation is to focus attention on the demands of the Vietnam veterans and the active G.I. for the immediate withdraw of all U.S. forces from Southeast Asia
This same flier lists Mr. Kerry as a sponsor of this anti-war group as well as his home phone number at that time.
Here is one of the fliers this group had out. In the wording of this flier shows the intent of this group to undermine out Government *Help us to end the war before they turn your son into a butcher or a corpse. This flier also proves that Mr. Kerry made false claims concerning what our military was doing there. He now admits that he never witnessed a single claim.
Below is a link to these documents and many more that proves Mr. Kerrys intent in 1970.

Regardless of the intent anyone claims and the right to free speech it is clear that Mr. Kerry did these acts and did actively sponsor, participate, slander, and attempt by force of radical opinion to undermine the Government and military of these United State.
Mr. Kerry has the right to be proud of what he has accomplished, regardless of how others view his action. If Mr. Kerry had not been in the military prior to actively become a member of this radical anti-war group this Amendment would not apply. He was also within a commander rank so he had taken an oath as an officer of the United States.
Mr. Kerry must be voted on by two-thirds of each house of congress before he can run for any public office according to this Amendment.
*NOTE. Amendment 26 is to section 2. Of Amendment XIV; this part concerns citizens right to vote and is not change or affect section 3.
