Forgotten

Life breathes for no one, yet most allow life to lead their soul. We may find ourselves lost inside at times, not understanding the pain of life but holding onto the sorrows of a battered heart. How much of this cold world can a good hearted person endure before becoming as dead inside as the life many people choose to lead? We fight inside to understand the complex & confusing world we live in, only to learn eventually that for the hearts sake & our peace of mind, we might have been better off to remain ignorant of some frustrating & disturbing situations.
Today we bleed tomorrow's sorrows until our own way of life becomes a crime. Oppressive indeed is a Nation that bans the rights of one to defend itself from the offensive selfishness of others; can we truly consider this condition as freedom. Government authorities sometimes change the meaning of our words, our laws, & way of life - with the long term goal of destroying who we are as a free people. Must we continue to be silent while the very fabric of our nation is being damaged & perhaps destroyed by a mindless minority? This Nation should stand for freedom for all persons, that includes Christians.
Our Governing branches are made up of citizen of this great nation. They do not lose their protected & secured rights when they become an employee of our great government. Our president has the right to pray anywhere and any time, but the president cannot legally force any person to believe in God. Our courts & judges can honor The Ten Commandments & have them displayed if the state choses, but they cannot compel or force any person to learn them. They also cannot convict someone for violating the commandments.
Every person believes in something; even those who do not believe in God believe in their own opinions. Our great government must not fall onto self intent. For the sake of us all, the judicial system must be put back in an upright position; the intent of the legislature must be followed. By way of election, the means in which these laws are created is supposed to be for the people & by the people. The intent of legislation should be beneficial for the people as a whole, not just a favored few people. This is the best way to accomplish true freedom.
As individuals, we should be tolerant of others & not desire the rights of anyone to be violated, including those persons whom we may disagree with on some issues. Protecting the rights of everyone is the best way to protect your own rights. Today, we see some people claiming rights that do not exist and also claiming freedoms that would require the oppression of other persons. These people manipulate the meaning of freedom in their self-serving efforts to gain more control and support for their personal view.
Our constitution was not meant to be as a blank paper written by construction. Thomas Jefferson spoke of this extensively. If the intent of the legislature was a required class to get a law degree and be upheld in our courts, we would not be facing the trials of a despotic and tyrannical judicial system today. With all our battles & all our work we could take back this nation & put the intent of the legislature back into our judicial system. But how long would it last until it became corrupted again?
Many colleges are liberal minded. Most law schools teach law without teaching the intent of the law; they teach that our constitution can be manipulated as a blank paper written by construction. Today we have judges, attorneys, & government officials who try to change the meaning of our constitution because they where programmed by the educational system to believe that this is what they will be allowed to do. We have judges stopping legislation from the bench and neither the Supreme Court nor our legislators correct these improper judicial actions. They also do not take appropriate actions to terminate such self-serving corruption within our judicial system. At times it seems that none of these people are doing their job to protect us from such judicial abuse. Legislators claim the autonomy of our courts protect such judicial actions, but this is not really true. However, that may be what they were taught in a liberal-minded educational system. The constitution must be understood & applied by the intent with which it was written, not the personal opinion of some liberal-minded judge.
The autonomy of our courts protects judges in individual cases when the laws themselves become oppressive to the intent these laws was created for. This is the only time the autonomy protects judges. When a judge tries to block legislation from the bench he must be removed by the courts responsible to him. If the judicial system refuses to do its job responsibly & remove an unlawful judge, then the legislative branch must take appropriate actions to remove the unlawful judge. This can be done by impeachment, with a two thirds vote in both houses (representatives and senators).
A judge blocking legislation from the bench violates the government as a whole, the peoples right to govern themselves, and the autonomy of all three branches. This is why we have elected representatives as legislators. They are elected by the people to establish needed laws for benefit of the people. A judges has no protected right to violate the legislative intent, regardless of the judges personal view, the established form of our government must always be followed properly. The established law must always be obeyed; the proper flow of legislation & laws must always be followed by everyone. This required in our republic form of democracy.
After 200 years plus of our laws & constitutions our governing branches have become despotic. Opinions has become laws, freedoms have become oppressive, & our way of life has become purposeless. People must use the conscience within your mind & the common sense within honesty. No one is perfect, for we all have corruptible natures of self importance. From the smallest error to the biggest lie; for every action there is always reaction. Most people today never see the reaction when their actions fall upon another's due.
History is always full of differences, cruel means, bitter stones of corruption, divisions in culture, race, hate, happiness, & many different ways of life. It is not the place of schools to pick and choose what history they wish us to know & what they wish us to forget.
The tolerance that comes with freedom is the tolerance of others. The acceptance of allowing every single man the sole right to choose & be whom they will. Forcing people to not be themselves in public places is oppression & give rights to no one, only a means of control to those who hate what they do not understand. Our children should have the right to pray in schools and talk about God if they choose. A child who does not believe in God has the right to not pray & not talk about God. It is not the place of the schools to remove our way life from our children, require us to pay for their schools, & force us to send our children to their schools to be programmed by their secular means. The definition of Secular is: "Temporal rather than spiritual. Not pertaining to religion or a religious body. Not under monastic vows. With out God, worldly." Liberalism is a secular socialistic ideology & this is why the fore fathers did not allow it in the Judaical system.
The schools have violated our right to choose, our freedom, our right to govern our selves, & are slowly reforming this nation to suit their liberal minded agenda.
We have freedom of religion not freedom from religion. Every citizen has the right to pray or not, but should never be force in either direction. Every citizen has the right to listen, walk away or change the channel. They even have the right to disagree (without violate means).
People try to claim that our freedoms give them the right to be indecent or oppressive to others in public. Schools don't feel the intent of law should be necessary so they have removed it from society by removing it's learning so it slowly becomes forgotten.
According to Thomas Jefferson there are to be no ideologies in our federal tribunals (Judaical Branch). Judges must follow the intent that law schools failed to teach them. The liberal minded educational system doesn't want people to know the intent of the fore fathers because they know that the fore fathers intent was against liberals, falsehoods, & religions from being in the Judaical system. People fail to know that Religion grew from the same Christian foundation this nation rests upon. This does not mean you have to be Christian to be American, it's simply our history. You choose the religion you wish to be, but God chooses those who he sees as Christ like. Christianity is not a form of religion but a way of life.
We have a great and wonderful home, a country as beautiful as the freedoms we cherish so deep. Our fore fathers were indeed great leaders and great men of wisdom, common sense, understanding and yes most were Christian. They did not gain their knowledge by removing the history that they had learned from no more than they intended for their laws to be used to oppression their very way of life. If you remove the stones that created the wall of understanding, you will always be damned to repeat the errors you wish to hide. History must always stand absent of hindsight correction. Laws must always be taught with the purpose in witch it stand or the law itself become unlawful, despotic.
1. History (taught in schools) is written by the winners not the losers. Regardless of true history people have no option in this nation but to learn what is taught to them.
2. Everything that people in this nation have been taught in schools has been corrected and approved of by the Educational system, scary though when looking for the truth of all things.
3. The educational system is funded by the tax dollar, however it is not bound by law to rules or obligation of teaching the truth or all necessary point of a course for witch people receive a degree. They created their own rules.
4. The educational system is mixed with Government funded schools and private schools. All claim their rights to teach should not be controlled or challenged; how they teach and what they teach should not be influence by our government or anyone outside of the educational field.
5. Schools have the right to remove, change, and as they call it correct what ever they wish to teach; having no obligation to the structure of our nation, truth or facts.
Our Nation is in danger of becoming what ever the schools in our educational system wills us to be. Even if a person is stern fully self willed, they gain a law degree from liberal minded laws schools. They are taught by these schools however the school feels is necessary.
People claim you cannot prove the intent of the fore fathers because that is what they were taught.
People claim the constitution is a written paper by construction because that is what they are taught.
People claim the autonomy of our courts protect all judges because that is what they are taught.
The intent of our fore fathers when written our constitution and laws is in the journals of the fore father. Regardless of the law school reasons for not teaching and enforcing the intent to receive a law degree. This does not change the fact that the intent is there, truth never changes; it only becomes forgotten.
The definition of the separation of church and state is in the journals of Thomas Jefferson as well as the intent of all legislation passed down to us by our Great founding fathers. Regardless of the intent of our school boards to silence the upright morals this nation rests upon, truth never changes; it only becomes forgotten.
The corruption in our Judicial department is a direct result of our liberal minded educational system changing, removing, manipulating, and in their words correcting everything that is taught in this nation. This Nation has been programmed to believe by the ideas our school boards allow us to learn as well as how they choose to teach it or silence it.
