Everyone here is busy taking away what they claim we never had, our right to choose and be who we are. Our children cannot pray in school, but our schools can murder our children's children without our consent and without knowledge. Our children cannot even wear a shirt with an American flag to school, and we are in America.
Our teachers can teach our children being gay is okay, they don't see the true separation of church and state issue here. They have sex classes in grammar schools, 5th and 6th graders being informed they can get their condoms at the nurses office without their parents knowing. A single mother was convicted of 2nd degree murder for the suicide of her own son. A young girl died because she didn't have the 2nd part of a 2 part abortion, the school sent her to have this abortion without the consent and knowledge of her parent. Her parents had not even been informed she was pregnant, the school tested her. They found out when their daughter died. This is not the freedoms this nation was founded on. I also can assure you they found no separation of church and state issue here either.
Schools are within the government control. Gay issues, abortions, and many other issues our school have forced upon our child are issues against the Christian way of life. The separation of church and state is a name title to the definition. Many in our courts, schools, and legislative field have removed the definition and left just the name title, it's more manipulatable in this manner and they feel most Americans don't really know what it says.
(No State can force upon its citizen any religion, no state can force upon a religion to add or remove, accept or deni, require to become a party to any indifferent s or oppressions of that faith. No state can support one religion above another.)
A state can provide state paid scholarships to people of faith for faith driven studies, as long as they provide equal treatment to all faiths. What is happening in our schools is against the separation of church and state. They are forcing upon all people 'Christians, Muslims and all faiths' to add or remove, accept or deni, require to become a party to any indifferent s or oppressions of that faith. Abortion is murder and against the Christian faith, homosexuality is an abomination to our Lord, and they are denying our children to pray because school is a public place 'OPPRESSION'.
Any judge who denies this should not be a judge, and attorney who denies this should not have a license to practice the law he refuses to uphold to, and any legislator 'senate, congress, and the exclusive branch that denies this should not be holding an office.
Many in our legislative branch say the judges are protected under the courts autonomy, they have no control or no means of stopping these activist judges. They are wrong and don't think the American people are smart enough to know. Most believe we are programed by our media outlets and the confusion they try to use as facts 'like claiming the separation of church and state means our faiths should be oppressed in public'.
The autonomy of our courts does protect judges in part, but its intent was to protect the judicial system itself. This does not mean they cannot be removed, just that it has been proven imposable to hold them accountable for their action 'we can't send them to jail unless it can be 100% proven they intentionally went against the law of our court and tried to undermine to judicial system'. By a vote of 2 thirds of our senate and congress a judge can be removed same as with the President, don't let them lie to you.
The legislative branch must induce the supreme court to resolve these manners swiftly as they arise, if the supreme court does not comply with our laws and the intent of the legislator our legislators can remove any judge from any level of the judicial system by the vote. Even though our judicial system is the only part of our government branches that don't answer directly to the people this country is still for the people and by the people and threw our legislator we are to check and balance them all.
