1. Beijing Investment Service Center

Introduction

Beijing Investment Service Center is the organization authorized by the Beijing Municipal Government to serve investors of both Chinese and foreign business. It is the intermediary organization to provide investors consulting service on the policy, law, regulation and application procedures regarding the investment and trade and other economic activities. It is the standing working body of The Beijing Foreign Investment Enterprises association and the governing body of the foreign-funded enterprises in Beijing.

Since its founding, the center has received several thousand investor groups from all over the world and has provided consulting service to around 10,000 investors from both home and abroad. It has handled the applying for the establishment of representative offices in Beijing for more than 600 foreign enterprises. It has also fulfilled application procedures for the establishment of more than 400 foreign-funded enterprises. Besides, the center also provided other services including enterprise establishing and personnel management for renowned multinational companies of the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan, Sweden, Denmark, Thailand, and Malaysia and other countries.

Business scope

1. To popularize the foreign investment policy, collect and manage the investment items, provide comprehensive advisory services for investors including introducing investment opportunities and potential business partners, proceed the market analyses and assessment of investment items.

2. To handle the complete formailities and approval concerned with the establishment of foreign-funded enterprises, including the drafting and revision of project proposal, feasibility studies, contract, stipulations and other business or legal documents, to receive the certificate of approval and business license.

3. To handle the complete formailities of application and approval for foreign companies to set up the representative offices in Beijing.

4. To act as an agent to handle the application procedures to set up branch office in Beijing for foreign-funded enterprises in other parts of the country.

5. To hadle the procedures of invitation and employment of the foreign business personnel to Beijing for visiting, research and work, to recommend specialized staff to investors and foreign-funded enterprises.

6. To serve as an agent entrusted by clients in litigation or arbitration, to provide legal assistance in negotiations, to act as a standing legal consultant for business matters, including mediating legal disputes and undertaking special liquidation.

7. To organize foreign economic and technical exchanges, economic talks, seminars and exhibitions at home and abroad.

8. To organize the training course for the Chinese senior administrators, and professional personnel of foreign-funded enterprises, to organize the training and qualification examination of the Chinese carders in charge of foreign economy.

9. To keep personnel file, conduct the formalities of insurance, and go abroad evaluating professional title for Chinese employees of foreign-funded enterprises, to assist to obtain office and residential building for foreign-funded enterprises, to undertake the vehicle security management for foreign-funded enterprises.

10. To offer service of audit, calculation of asset and verification of capital.

11. To popularize the foreign investment policy and listen to the suggestions of the enterprises regarding investment and coordinate with the government bodies to improve the investment environment.

12. To handle complete formalities of application concerned, before the project was started and help the investor with project design and construction.

13. To serve as advertisement agent for foreign-funded enterprises.

14. To draw up and offer publicity materials and collection of laws and regulations concerning foreign investment.

3.Beijing Pan-Asia Market Research Institute

Beijing Pan-Asia Market Research Institute (PAMRI) has been acting as a guide to multinational corporations and foreign governments in handling Chineses market since the firm's establishment in 1984. BCPA has requisite qualifications of auditing of stocks and futures and assets assessment.
