| This is a brief history about my time in Yahoo Games. I have made many friends since i came over from excite ( pogo games ). I started here in the chess ladder late 1999, the first persons i got to know were, Mickey ( callmickey_99 ), Selen ( seagull_princess ) and Sam ( legacy_returns ), then assman & Rits. Rits and mickey introduced me to others in the chess ladder, pop, limp, ipc, jd and jb. If it were not for Rits and Mickey i would never have had the chance to get the no 1 spot in the ladder. As time went on i got to know more people, naut, persian, kroz, cyclops, konk, jody, Cindy, mab, Jokerz and so many more. Did i deserve the no 1 spot you may ask ?, well that can never be answered. At this point i must say hi to Cuat & Susan. I will add at this point that rits was my mentor & teacher in the chess ladder, i owe everything to him, he taught me well and even tho the old chess ladder has now finished i hope we keep in touch. Be nice to keep in touch with everyone from the old chess ladder. From chess i then went into the pool ladder, i will thank Daniel who introduced me to yahoo pool, first i got to know Tanya & Carrie, then Sammi, Dana, Shirley Roo, Lyn ( both ). Sorry not to mention everyone, most people rated me a good pool player, my ids were all 80% win ratio or better, so i think i was not too bad a player. My background is that i am a teacher of further education, i have two children, both now have left home ( peace at last ). I plan not to dwell on my past, but i did have both a mother & father, which comes as a surprise to you all no doubt.
