The Rurouni Kenshin Ova's are set before the series. They show us how Kenshin came to be the battousai (we all love and care for). They are a brief resume of Kenshin's past that goes perfectly with the series.
Packed with lots of action scenes and unsensored scenes from the series (Like the one Hiko-sensei kill the thieves that killed Kenshin's friend when he was a young boy). We see, in this 4 ovas, Kenshin's first love, Tomoe (called 'Tomo' in the english dub). To spoil a little, Kenshin finds her drunk and drenshed in blood. But it's ok because its the ovas and there are lots of blood in the ovas. |
