| Ryu Saeba, Shinjiku's best private detective is a perverted in the lose. His partner (well his real one was murdered years ago and he is now taking care of his partner's sister) Kaori is the only one who can control him (by hammer law). Falcon, Miki, and the rest of the gang get all together for a cup of coffee and to control Ryu's hormone problems, oh and to, sometimes, save the day after resolving a plot against the govermemnt or some gorgeours chic.
