You may want to practice with this application prior to holding an actual online session

To begin a meeting, click 'Start Webex Meeting'.

To join a meeting in progress that you have been invited to, click 'Join Webex Meeting'.

You will be asked first to log in.

After login in you will be asked to accept installation of the Web EX meeting center key. Answer 'Yes' to proceed.

Meeting Center takes a few minutes to load, but is well worth the wait (and that is an under statement!). Next time you login you won't have to load it again.

Once inside the Web Ex Center, follow the menu commands:

To invite a guest to a meeting, click Tools, then click Invite.
To share a document, begin by clicking Share, then click Presentation or Document.
You can share files and pictures instantly. You can also send them with the Send command.
To use the chat feature, input your text into the input screen in the lower right corner, then click Send.

And that's about it. 15 minutes practice should get you going. You are on the web with this application so don't forget to log off by clicking File, then End Meeting when you're done. This application should be relatively secure, no one can log into your meeting without your knowledge. To keep your meeting private, use a password when you log in. You will have to send that password to your guests when you invite them. Enjoy!
