SPOILER ALERT, OK? Because I'm a true seer, heh heh.
See, don't you think Voldie's related to Harry in some way, maybe? He's just the right age to be the grandfather, you know. On Lily's side, of course. My reasons?
- How many times did we read in Chamber of Secrets that Tom Riddle and Harry 'look somethng alike'? Black hair, scrawny body...
- Wouldn't it explain a lot about the connection they feel, including how well Voldie seems to understand Harry? (BTW, is it only me that finds this freaky? In the whole of The Order of the Phoenix Voldemort was the only one who understood Harry's feelings accurately enough to be able to predict what he'd do. Scary!)
- Voldie, ruthless evil maniac, sparing someone's life? "Stand aside, you silly girl... You needn't die..." Not James, just Lily. Guess why.
Well, other than that, call it just a Star Wars inspired hunch. I know that's about as insulting as I can get, but I trust JKR to handle this with class, y'know? Whoopee, imagine the thrill!
