GOAL
- Make sure your empire is worth the most by the beginning of the year 1945.
SPOILER
- Immediately build a bakery store of 32 stocks, a dairy store of 24 stocks, a cafe of 24 stocks, a news stand of 64 stocks, and a fish market of 24 stocks on Mediterrancean Avenue (purle color block).
- Build a news stand of 32 stocks on Hemstead Harbor (black color block).
- Build a news stand of 32 stocks on Virgina Avenue (yellow color block).
- Build a news stand of 32 stocks on Illinois Avenue (red color block).
- Build a cinema of 54 stocks and a bar of 40 stocks on Baltic Avenue (purle color block).
- Do not bide on any auction or build anything else! We need to save money.
- Wait until 7:15 PM of the year 1935 and put on auction an opponent block that has the most stores (this should be a block prestige of three stars or less). Buy this block at any cost!
- Continue to auction and to buy the two remaining blocks of the same color. We need to get a "monopoly" at any cost!
- After achieving a monopoly, start buying all opponent stores at the discount price (starting with the daytime businesses first). Don't worry about debt! You are allowed to owe the bank up to $10K
- By now, you should owe the bank about $10K, but you should also have the greatest empire value too. Don't worry! When the clock turns midnight, you win!
