Col & Sylvia Batchelor lived next door to Keith & Nancy. When Sylvia passed away her ashes were scattered under this Moreton Bay Fig tree. Though their house is now gone, the tree and a metal plaque dedicated to Sylvia's memory remain. |

The house that Keith & Nancy lived in is now the only one of the four acreage properties on that side of Swann Rd which is now still standing after the redevelopment in mid-2006. |
