| This is our good buddy Ileen. Ileen is without a doubt, the smallest human being we have ever known, and Oliver looks like a 1 year old in her arms. He was brand new when this picture was taken too, so you can get an idea of scale if you think about it. Love ya Ileen! |
| This is Kayla's brother Chris and his new wife Pearla. They were married just a few months back, and we are so happy to have her as the newest member of the family. Her son Junior was the first official Grandson, so Oliver didn't have to break the Grandparents in. Here, Pearla is demonstrating her ability to hold Oliver for hours on end. The first time she met him, she couldn't put him down. I don't mean wouldn't...I mean she was unable to make her arms put him down! It's fun to watch. |

| This is our dear friend Jared. Jared suprised everyone when he first met Oliver; he just held him for hours and appeared to reach this zen-like state while oliver was in his arms. They snapped a photo of this look he had on his face, and as you can see....he was just zoned out. I think its a good example of the effect Ollie has on people. |
| This is Kayla's father Cal. Cal recently decided to grow a beard, which really messes with my head nowadays since he has begun to look a LOT like my old man from a distance. I'll catch myself doing double takes every once in a while when he's around. Cal's side of the family is where Kayla and Ollie get the Hungarian genes. I don't know if this will translate into an automatic love for paprika and gipsy music, but I think it's a sure bet. We'll wait and see..... |
| And here's Aunt Callie. Callie has been an extra-special help around the house. She is currently enrolled at the University of La Verne, the same school Kayla went to. The school is close by, so Callie has gotten a few "Hey can you come over" calls over the last few weeks. We love you Callie!
