Act 2: Secret of Them
In the act 1, Arima saw Yukino's true face. Yukino thinks "Arima is such a smart guy, he was supposed to find out what I really am. I am totally vain, live for tickling my vanity. That is me, Yukino Miyazawa's true face. Now, what will you do, Arima! Will you tell the truth to all other people, and make fun of me? Or just look down me? Or you just follow your nice guy behavior, and feel sorry for me? No, I hate to be made fun of me, looked down, or even felt sorry!"
Yukino had been waited her "Judgment day", but even after a week nothing have happened. Yukino start thinking "Arima might overlook it. That means no problem! My life no problem.!!" However, Arima did not overlook it. One day, Arima came to Yukino and said to her "I observed it. Everybody would be shocked if they come to know what smart, beautiful, modest girl Ms. Miyazawa really is! It's gonna be a big scandal." Then Arima suggested that Yukino work for him, and gave her documents and told her "Please complete it". So, Yukino became a his slave!
At home, Yukino said "This is the biggest disgrace in my life." However, her younger sisters said that it is good experience for Yukino. Because this is the chance to know what vanity brings to her at last. Yukino became busy with Arima's work. But at the same time, she found how Arima busy is. Arima has a lot of school work such as school committee, event committee, class committee. At the same time, he does school sports club, study hard, sometimes teach study for his classmates. She starts understanding of him and being conscious of his presence. "Where it comes from. It did not exist yesterday. But today Arima looks special for me." At home, her younger sisters, Tsukino and Kano found out her change, and questioned "You got boyfriend, didn't you?" However, she was not happy. Arima loved her once, but he loved her official face. Now, he knew her real face and Arima might not love her anymore.
After school, Yukino said to Arima that she would not work for him anymore. Arima was surprised. Because they became much friendly each others with school work, but today, she looked so angry. Yukino run out classroom. "He is terrible! He just used me with my weakness. He changed his behavior once he knew my true face. I just finished such relationship by myself." Arima also run to chase her. Finally, Arima caught Yukino. Yukino shouted at him with crying. "Am I such weird? I am not worth for you if I am not smart and modest girl?" Arima said to her "I am sorry for you. I did not mean using you from the first time. I just wanted to get reason to talk with you." He also said "I found out your real face. But I still like you." From that day, they became friends. Arima thinks to himself "I am surprised with myself. I found out my other face. Yukino is changing me. But is it good or bad. "
