Workout rules:

Here are the rules I should follow when working out.

1) Stretch out in the same order everytime or I’m going to forget something.

2) When doing strengthening exercises (i.e. pushups), start out with a set number (usually as many as I can do) then increase gradually.  Write the number completed on a
calendar or I’m going to forget.  Don’t do a ton in 1 day.  For example, I did 30 squats in 1 day after not working out for a
very long time and my ankle was hurting the next day.

3) Do right and left side or none at all. 右利き(左利き)をなくす事。

4) DO NOT stop just because I’m tired.  Only stop when the goal of the day is met.  If I stop everytime I’m tired, I will not
necessarily be doing the same amount each day, and in the worse cast scenario, may be doing less.  Meeting a set goal will
guarantee improvement each time I work out.

5) Target all attacks at a specific point, like a mark/crack/etc. on the wall.  DO NOT just attack in some general area.  DO
NOT move on to another attack until I have hit the goal target with precision.

6)When practicing a particular technique (i.e. kick), practice it at multiple angles.

7) To speed up an attack, do 10 (or more) of the attack as quickly as I can.

8) In order to improve balance and technique of roundhouse, do roundhouse while standing in 1 position (source: Jose).

9) Practice my techniques from the fighting position or I won’t be able to execute them properly when it comes to a sparring
