Going all out during sparring
=============
When sparring, don’t go full out unless:
1) It’s near the end of the round
2) The opponent is cornered or against the ropes
3) The opponent just took a hit or made a mistake, and it’s my chance to knock him out

If I go full out in situations other than the above, I will waste lots of energy and not be able to counter if the opponent goes on the offensive.

=======
ROUNDS
=======
This is why no time limit fights can get boring because if both fighters follow the above rules, they will just stall unless they are sure they can damage.  The longer the rounds, the more boring they can get.

=======
=======
Wait for the opponent to charge, and the front kick, side kick, or punch.  This strategy has the highest probability of producing a KO.

========
========
If the opponent comes in with a kick, then it will be very difficult to use the above counter.  Either block then counter:
1) Block high kick and then return a roundhouse
2) Knock away front kick and counter with a punch

=======
=======
If the opponent doesn’t charge in, then do what pros do and use low kicks and high kicks (both roundhouse).  I don’t like to use front kicks and side kicks offensively for personal reasons, and pros tend not to use them.

=========
=========
1) Mount position
2) Guard position
3) Half guard
4) Arm bar
5) Reverse arm bar

======
DEFENSE:
======
