| Bewitched Black cats, skeletons, leered that night, An eerie moon shone down, On costumes gay & Daisy mae That makes us so renowned. The music beat a halloween treat, And my metatarsals sank. It must have been the witches brew Cause this is what I drank. Maybe it was kick-a-poo juice Like hairy Joe concocts. Or could it be was food produced That helped turn back the clock. No idle boast I made to you Of what our Branch can do, And to ease the pain fron my varicose veins, I left with the witch on her broom. EMR 10/26/1965 |
