Lemon Curd
Ingredients
6 eggs                                         2 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice                      1/4 cup butter
Method
Cook eggs, sugar & lemon juice in top of double boiler until thickened
Remove from heat & add butter. Let cool.
Spinach Dip
Ingredients
3/4 cup Mayonnaise                        1 pkg.frozen spinach(thawed)
3/4 cup sour cream                         1 pkg.dry vegetable soup mix(Knorr's)
1 tsp.lemon juice                            1/4 tsp.onion salt
1/2 tsp.garlic salt                             1/4 cup grated parmesan

1 round loaf                                    2 baguette loaves                         
Method
Thaw spinach, and drain off excess water.
Mix all ingredients (except bread) together.
Cover, and let stand for approx.1 hour to allow soup mix to dissolve.

To serve: Cut off top of round loaf,and scoop out bread from inside.
               Reserve insides for dipping.
               Pour mixture into hollowed out loaf.
               Slice baguettes on an angle, and arrange around bread bowl
               with reserved bread from inside.
