Ham casserole
Ingredients
2 cups cooked noodles                 1 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 lb. leftover ham                     1 can cream soup
1/2 lb.sharp cheddar                    1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. horseradish                        1/2 tsp. salt
Method
Pre-cook noodles, until tender.
Thin soup with the milk
Cube the ham, and the cheese into bite sized pieces.
Blend all ingredients, and bake in a buttered casserole dish, covered, at 350 deg., for 40 mins.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with bread crumbs, dot with butter, and brown under broiler.
(mushrooms, peas, or your own varieties may be added to please your own taste.)
