You were always there
to hold my hand,
Even if you didn't agree
with my choices you
managed to understand,

When I made mistakes
you never judged,
I even hurt you and
still was not begrudged,

When I fell you were right
there to help me up again,
You are my teacher, guider,
mentor, and friend,

I am so thankful for all
that you have done for me,
You've taught me that love
is love unconditionally.
