Wanna download some wallpapers? Here's the place to do it. Right click on the wallpaper you want to use, and hit "Set as Background", that's all there is to it.
Submit wallpapers? Here's the rules, you must have BOTH an 800x600 and 1024x768 version of the layout. The layout must have "Crystal Tokyo" somewhere on it (I don't mind OTHER credits as well, but I need Crystal Tokyo as well). You must also know that once you submit your wallpaper to me, it becomes property of Crystal Tokyo, meaning you cannot ask me to take it down later or sue me saying I "stole" your stuff. If you ask nicely, I will remove your layout if you wish, but don't start harassing me.
