Have content. I don't mind "construction" pages, and I don't mind MAJOR construction, I just don't want pages that literally ALL they have is "under construction, come back later".
LINK ME BACK. This is a major PO. Don't say "I forgot" or "I'll put it up later" or "when I have time". I PUT YOUR BUTTON UP RIGHT AWAY, I think I deserve the same. This is the only MAJOR rule that will change whether I put your link up or not.
