Name: Tsuki Nochi

Position: Sailor Moon on the Good side.  Or the side that most people think of as good...

Age: 16

Appearance: She has long, braided blonde hair (two braids) and her skin is pale peach. She wears a shirt with 3/4 sleeves and a yellow star in the middle and a short, tight-ish blue skirt.

Hobbies: She wonders what it's like inside the crystal walls and has adventures.  She works with her parents when they need help, as well.

Likes: She likes to talk and be happy.  She also likes adventure and action, but she can be thoughtful.

Dislikes: She dislikes serious people or people who can't be fun or energetic.  She also dislikes people who are overly enthusiastic and love working.

Strengths: She is a strong fighter, more so than a thinker.  She didn't go to school, but she can read a little bit.  She cannot write at all.  She will stick on until everything is okay.

Weaknesses: She has poor schooling and cannot figure things out quickly.  She also isn't as close to people who pop up in her life, and isn't good at making them feel fully accepted by her.  If they become friends, the case changes.

Personality: Happy, carefree.  She never had much structure to her life so she doesn't know what other people’s lives may have been like because her family was quite on the lower end.

Lives: It's one of the worst places in the whole region.  All the buildings are black with soot and the fields are like dust.  Nothing grows and the people there can barely live.

History: When Tsuki was born, her parents were quite alarmed.  They had trouble supporting her and had to pull her out of school because they couldn't afford it.  Tsuki learned to work hard when she was done and was quite afraid of leaving her parents so soon because they might not be able to support themselves.

Senshi Stuff:

Fuku: As Sailor Moon, Tsuki wears a gold tiara with a silver star in the centre, a yellow moon in the middle of that. She also wears a red choker with a yellow moon on it. She has another silver star with a moon as a broach which rests in the centre of a red bow and out from behind the bow is a blue scarf. Under the edges of this scarf on her shoulders are three puffs of white fabric. Under her broach and red bow is a white bodice which reaches to her waist where there is a roll of white fabric, almost V-shaped, with a little moon at its point. On the other end of the roll is her almost knee-length skirt. She wears a pair of long red boots that come to a point at the top and have a stripe of white with a small moon underneath. She also wears a pair of white gloves topped with three puffs of red.

Henshin: "Moon Shard Power, Make-Up!" Tsuki calls out this phrase and is encompassed by a pale yellow light. Tsuki grasps a ball of white light, floating around and holds it to her chest, the ball exploding into her broach. As soon as the ball explodes, she opens her hands off her chest and puts them down at her sides. After the broach appears, white light spreads out to shine out into her bow. The same thing happens with her scarf, then her bodice and shoulder puffs, then her skirt roll, then skirt, and then her boots. Tsuki then crosses her arms over her chest, hands vertical, as her gloves, choker and tiara appear. She then raises her hands over her head as another ball of white light appears and ends with her hands over her broach, right hand over left.

Attack: "Moon Light Mercy!" “Moon!” Sailormoon calls out, holding her hands down at her sides and spinning. “Light!” Then, holding her hands up above her head as a shaft of pale yellow light forms in her hands, she is no longer spinning, but facing her enemy.  The moment she cries "Mercy!" the shaft shatters and may do one of two things: Heal a youma if there is one, or hunt down any evil being around and attack them. This attack may be cast more than once in battle, but after two times, Sailormoon gets very exhausted.

Writing Sample: Tsuki looked at her clothes.  They were the only clothes she had.  Sure, she'd almost outgrown them, but they still fit well enough.  She looked out to the fields where she was raised.  They were truly all she ever knew.  They were the grounds she was born and raised upon, the grounds she tried to help flourish.  But still the dust blew about when the winds came and all of their efforts were futile.  She looked to her parents.  They were becoming more and more frail, their work grew harder and now she was asked to leave them to go off to some foreign land.  This was the one time they needed her most and this was the one time that this other person needed her most.  "I'm so sorry I have to go," she said to her parents, hugging them close.

Other: I'm a GM and I filled this out to be used for something later... I was bored...
