I made these videos from photographs that I clicked with a digital still camera.

Then I applied a filter to these images and put them in video clips.

This can also be done by exporting frames from a video, applying filters to each

frame and integrating them back in a video clip, the effect is similar to

what they call Rotoscoping. (As seen in Waking Life, A Scanner Darkly, ...)
