I guess you'd like to know my hobbies. Or maybe not. I'll tell you about them anyway. I love to read. My favorite author is Stephen King. He is beyond awesomeness. The Dark Tower series is the best! I love it ever so much. Can hardly wait for the next two books to come out later this year. Ah yes, 2004 will be a wonderful year for this little Elf. I am also a big fan of Lord of the Rings. I have thus far read them four times, and the Silmarillion twice, and Unfinished Tales once. I intend to read them many, many more times. I also loved the movies. Quite the nerd I am. Ah yes. And I am a bit of a Star Wars nerd as well. Well, I like to say I'm a nerd-in-training. I am not yet up to par with super-nerds like Corrine, but I am working on it. I am quite addicted to chatting. I am an occasional channel Operator in #CasualChat, which is in IRC DALnet. I don't go there so much any more because I haven't the time. School and such things keep me quite busy. What else do I like to do? Oh, I love going to movies, though I don't do it nearly enough. An insatiable thirst for the cinema I definitely have. I like music, of course. When people ask what kind of music I listen to, I just give them the uber-generic genre of "rock". I could get more specific with "hard rock", but I don't know if that's right or not. Supposedly I'm in a punk band, though we've never actually played together. Hell, I haven't even heard our music. Basically, there's a bass player and a guitar player that play lots of music, and they asked if anyone played drums. To which I replied, "I have a drum set." Not the same as playing drums, mind you. But they said I was in. So there we go. Maybe we'll eventually play a song. I'm afraid they'll be terribly disappointed in my skills as a drummer. I'm also an avid SCUBA diver. It's my favorite thing ever! Ever!
And I guess that's about all I can tell you for now. I'm sure I'll put more information up sometime. But this will perhaps give you some idea of me. Not terribly exciting, eh? Ah, but I have fun.
