My fellow human being: As you cannot guarantee that you will live for another second, why should you delay accepting the religion of truth and taking a step towards saving yourself from an eternal punishment?
All you have to do is say the kalimah (Ash-hadu an La ilaaha il Allah wa ashh-hadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa Rasooluhu) [I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is his servant and Messenger.]
Don't worry about having witnesses present. Allah is sufficient for a witness and he will make your faith manifest on the Day of Judgement. Now that you are Muslim, seek religious knowledge and apply it. May Allah accept from us, He is the ever-Responsive, Most Near.
