Here I am at work in my new French muffs, they're a pressie from my cool mate MONICA LECOMPTE!!!

If you haven't already worked it out I'm in the British Army, in the Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps (QARANC). I'm a Health Care Assistant (HCA) and I am currently on some kind of holiday- well detatchment in Kosovo. I am working in the EMT department in Camp Bondsteel hospital, and I am LOVIN it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the QA assosiation crest, which is similar to my cap badge- except for the wording:              SUB CRUCIA                 CANDIDA Meaning under the white cross

Back home.

Here on camp Bondsteel we are working mainly with the U.S Army which is a great learning experience. The UK contingent here is very small there are only about 25 of us on this camp, but we all fit in very well with the Americans. After the events of September the 11th I think it is very important to work  with all countries to help us pull together after that tragic day. Also to remember the victims and pray for their families and the survivors nd remember those who lost there lives, every day. This tribute to 11/9/01 really moved me and i'm sure it will affect all who see it just as much as it did me. Turn up your speakers and click here to view this truly amazing and emotional tribute.
