| Three Feet Tall started out as a little pop punk band called "Naked In The Cornfield." Rawb, and Justin are the only original members of NIC left in the band. Steve, the original bass player, left to pursue a harder music career (AKA nu-metal). Cam, the original guitar player, left due to conflicts with someone who wasn't in the band, but in all reality was more a part of the band than all of us. So, in a brief history, Justin, Rawb, Steve and Cam came together in February of 2000. Rawb was just a singer back then, but then Steve left. So, Rawb decided to take over the duties of bass player. He was not very good at the time, but after he worked on it for a while, he became better. Well, he still sucks, but he's better than he used to be. In all reality he's probably one of the top two bass players in Montoursville (There's only 2.). Soon, Rawb felt he could not concentrate on his duties as lead singer and still work to his potential on his bass. So they set out to find a new singer. Luke was a mutual friend who had a wicked scream and a killer voice. So they picked him up. Now, they are trying to focus on harder music to take full advantage of Luke's amazing scream. Now, Three Feet Tall is focusing on writing better originals, not the 4 chord nonsense you may be used to hearing from us. Until they find a new guitar player, they are going to put together originals without one, and if worse comes to worst, they will record their next album without a guitar player and just have Rawb dub the guitar tracks. He's not an amazing guitar player like someone else on "the local punk scene" but he'll do. So right now, this is a history in progress. Hopefull there will be a lot more history in the future, which hopefully will be much more meaningful. Until then, Peace Love and Unity. Later. |
