This section of Nainby Web comprises the fruits of my research through the UK's Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages. I have attempted to compile an comprehensive list of all "Nainby" entries. However, I may well have missed some, and I have omitted most entries relating to near-misses (eg Naisby) and to hyphenated variations (eg Nainby-Luxmoore). As ever, if you have an additions or corrections, please contact me at [email protected].

Warning 1: All the listed entries have been copied by hand from records of varying degrees of legibility (some of which are themselves photocopied from manuscript indexes). It is very likely, therefore, that the lists contain some transcription errors. If you wish to acquire copies of any particular documents I strongly recommend that you verify the details first.

Warning 2: Each of the three main areas have been listed in their entirity for ease of reference. However, this does mean each document is quite large and may take some time to load.
