Manuy feel that they don't need those three to turn things around but Vince is the boss. They, like we, will have to wait and see how much pull the three get when they debut. Source// ===================================================================== News from the WWF -- WWF.com//======================================= --E! online reports that they are working on a documentary on Vince McMahon for their "True Hollywood Stories" series. --Chris Benoit, Yoshihiro Tajiri and Torrie Wilson are expected to be at an official press conference in Tokyo, Japan to give details of the WWF's trip to the country in March. --As an aside, due to Tajiri being in Japan, he has been scratched from the Rumble line-up. --Official SmackDown! Preview: Triple H returns to the ring this Thursday on UPN's SmackDown!, just 72 hours before the Royal Rumble! The Game will team with Stone Cold Steve Austin against Booker T and Kurt Angle in the main event of this Thursday's broadcast! After what transpired between Austin and Triple H this past Monday on RAW, will they be able to work together? And knowing that the Rumble is right around the corner, will all hell break loose? The Show airs at the at 4PM Eastern. --Tazz was on a radio show in Boston this morning (Hillman on 107.3 WAAF) and here are some newsworthy quotes from him according to Thomas Mita via 1wrestling: *When Asked about Nash, Hall and Hogan, Tazz said that people would be surprised about how in the dark they are kept about matters such as these. He's reading the Internet the same as we are. He says he hasn't met Nash or Hogan and can't pass judgment. He has met Scott Hall already and says he seemed like a nice guy. *When asked about announcing, he says it'll add longevity to his career and joked that he's at least guaranteed to be on TV every week with such a large roster that the WWF has. *When asked by a caller as to why WCW was squashed, Tazz said plainly that Vince McMahon is a multi-millionaire and can do whatever he wants. --As reported yesterday, Booker T appeared on the Howard Stern show this Morning and here's what went down: *Before the interview, Booker seemed pissed because they were running behind schedule. Howard was nervous because Book is a big dude and feared for his safety if things were to get ugly. The whole reason Book is in is because the crew made fun of his smarts while being interviewed by Stuttering John. This, after Booker's poor showing on the "Weakest Link" late last year. Stern sounded like he was frightened legit and suggested that Booker be put in Robin's booth for the interview away from the crew as things could get ugly. *When Booker came in, he stared everyone down which scared everyone. Stern went right away to blaming the Robin and John for making fun. Howard said that the Fed made the wrong choice by putting him on the show beacause he may not have done well (which he didn't). *Book interrupted by asking why he was in the booth and asked if it was because he was black. Howard ignored that and asked if he really thinks he (Howard) degrades women? Book said that he was wrong and apologized for what he said due to the hypocritical nature of it all. *John then interrupted by asking "how many sides to a Pentagon?" After some laughter, John went into the booth to apologize to Booker which he accepted. John then asked the question again. *Then a normal interview ensued with Book saying that he's dating Sharmell Sullivan and even stuck up to Howard's favorite couple to make fun of Chyna and HHH. Book also said that he's sorry for the way he's acting as he's in a bad mood. Book also said that he's still getting used to becomming more of a bigger star in the WWF. *Book also mentioned that he's been to jail before and that his brother Steve Ray set him straight and he thanks him eternally for that. *Howard asked if he prefered white or black women and Book said he loves his black women. *Howard then asked if he had any lawsuits against him and Book said that he punnced someone out overseas and that he was being sued for the "Spinarooni" term. *Howard then asked if he helped his folks out of the "ghetto" and Book said if they needed help he'd give it but he hasn't. *Book then said that he'd continue doing what he's doing for anotehr two years and then retire to help and talk to underprivaledged children. *Book then joked about adding Stuttering John to the Rumble so that he could whoop his ass. They joked abut that and Book eventually said he's respect John for trying. *Howard finished the segment there and plugged the Royal Rumble this weekend from Atlanta.
