Brody officially announced his resignation from the organization earlier today, effective immediately. Brody had resigned from the NWA Board of Directors in late October citing personal issues following the organization's 53rd Anniversary Show in St. Petersburg. "There comes a time when one must be pensive and introspective and be honest with themselves and others," Brody wrote in a letter to the National Wrestling Alliance membership this morning. "I have gone through great personal turmoil since our annual meeting here in Florida, and having examined my options, and realized what I need in my life to achieve my goals, I have made the difficult decision to tender my resignation to the NWA effective immediately." Much has happened since Triple H was injured last May, and nearly a year, Federation fans have speculated about The Game's well-being. To borrow a phrase from The Rock: After all the waiting, after all the rehab, after all the rumors, finally Triple H will come back to the World Wrestling Federation, this Monday live on TNN! Also, one blockbuster match has already been signed for this Monday's RAW. The Rock and Stone Cold will team up to face Booker T and Boss Man! Rumors have been running rampant on the Internet about this Monday's show. As the old saying goes, "Anything can happen in the World Wrestling Federation" -- and the only way to find out what will go down is to tune in, this Monday at 9/8 CT, live on TNN! The first RAW of the year ... live from Madison Square Garden ... the return of Triple H ... you can't miss RAW, this Monday at 9/8 CT, only on TNN! -Here's the cable preview for Raw: The much anticipated return of Triple H; matches from WrestleMania and SummerSlam. -Trish Stratus will be hosting Raw from WWF New York tonight. -Fans in the Toronto area can look forward to the 3rd period of Leaf Hockey when 9PM hits tonight rather than seeing Raw. However, Raw will be shown in all its glory in tape delay form once the gmae has ended which right now is scheduled for 10PM. Raw will be shown in its usual 12Midnight timeslot as well. -Triple H appeared on The Howard Stern show this morning and here's what happened: *Stern began the interview by going right for the Chyna questions. Stern wondered if he'd slept with her and He said a lot could happen in 4 years. Stern then asked about Laurer's "anal" reference and H confirmed that they dabbled with it now and again. Stern is a big anal sex fiend. *Stern then turned to H's current flame which of course is Stepanie McMahon. Stern approves by saying she's hot and a good choice seeing as though she's the bosses daughter. They then quipped about H's position with the company due to that fact *wink, wink*. *Stern said that Joanie was pretty crushed about the breakup and he asked H's side of the story. H said that he and Steph met in a professional matter and it grew from there. Hearts get broken in those situations and Joanie's got broken. Hunter did put both over in the sack much to Stern's chagrin. *After about 15 minutes, they finally talked to Triple H about his injury as his return to TV tonight on Raw from MSG. *Some guy came in and was made fun of by the Stern crew for having a "HHH" logo tattooed on his body. -Triple H also appeared on Live with Regis and Kelly and here's what happened: *Kelly felt H's traps because she was in awe of them. *H went through with them the long road to recovery, the details of the surgury and a common day in rehab. *The hosts asked if he was good to go tonight at the Garden and H said that he's looking forward to it and also mentioned his three house show matches over the weekend. They then plug Raw from MSG tonight. *The guppy questions came after teh break when Reg asked if Hunter was going to be bad or good, H didn't tip his hand and said we'd have to wait and see. They then asked what "Triple H" and "The Game" meant when fans refer to him and he explained it to them. *A pretty good showing for HHH and good hype for his re-debut tonigt on Raw. -Chris Jericho has now officially been booked to face The Rock at the Royal Rumble according to WWF.com. On SmackDown! last Thursday, the WWF made it seem as though Jericho may lose the Undisputed Crown before the Rumble by saying "The Rock will face the WWF Champion at the Royal Rumble." throughout the broadcast.
