WWF 3.4, 2. Pretty Woman 3.3, 3. WWF 3.2, 4. Pop Secret 400 2.9, 5. NFL 2.8, 6. NBA 2.7, 7. Before He Wakes 2.4, 8. Dragon Ball Z 2.4, 9. Rugrats 2.2, 10. SpongeBob 2.2 -Smackdown! rose a bit in the Prime-time Nielsen ratings. For the ratings period of Nov. 5th to 11th, the WWF UPN broadcast pulled in a 4.1, up from 3.9 during the last period. Smackdown!, however, fell further on the overall chart coming in at 84th tied with an episode of The Tick on Fox. Last period, Smackdown! came in at 79th. The other main UPN shows -- Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Enterprise earned a 3.4 and a 4.9. The rating is the percentage of the America's estimated 105.5 million TV homes. Each ratings point represents 1,055,000 households. -The Undertaker is universally considered to be the the leader of the WWF locker room and there was a general feeling backstage Monday night that he did just that, lead, in his match with Rob Van Dam. Not only did he do the job, but he also sold big time for Rob Van Dam. What makes it even more impressive is that Taker has been outspoken as not being a fan of Van Dam's. In fact, many say that he doesn't like Rob, or at least the way he carries himself, at all. Despite his personal feelings, he was a pro and did good business. -Contrary to what was reported elsewhere, HHH was not backstage at Raw. -Kane will be the guest host on Byte This this coming Friday. -JR will be guest starring on Excess this coming Saturday. -Royal Rumble Travel Packages consisting of ringside or lower-tier tickets are now available. Very interesting that Jerry Lawler isn't featured more even though he is there. -1wrestling released some notes on yesterday's XWF tapings. Marc Mero did appear and is using his old Johnny B. Badd gimmick complete with confetti gun. Rena Mero will be the on-air CEO of the XWF while Roddy Piper will act as the commissioner. Jasmine St. Claire is also acting as a manager in the promotion. There were no photographers allowed to shoot from ringside except for Colin Bowman, who was working for the XWF. This led to some ill feeling with the Japanese contingent of photographers.
