To read it, click http://www.canoe.ca/SlamWrestlingReviews/hardystape-can.html -Dave Meltzer reports that the Big Show is going to replace Vince McMahon in the main event winner take all match at the Survivor Series. -Smackdown! slumped a bit in the ratings this past week drawing a 3.9 and coming in at 79th in the Prime Time Nielsen Ratings. Smackdown! shared the 79th position with The Ellen Show and the Concert for New York City. Buffy The Vampire Slayer was edged out by Smackdown!. Buffy scored a 3.7 while Satr Trek: Enterprise remains as UPN's leading show bringing in a 4.5 and finishing at 74th on the chart. The Number One show was Fox World Series Game 7: NY Yankees at Arizona with a 23.5. The rating is the percentage of the America's estimated 105.5 million TV homes. Each ratings point represents 1,055,000 households. -SLAM! Wrestling reports that Raw broadcasted on TSN (The Sports Network) Monday night had the viewership of over 647,000 this past week. Of note, the show's average for Canada is 700,000 according to Carl DeMarco, President of WWF Canada. -The WWF reports that Lilian Garcia will be hosting SmackDown! at WWF New York tonight. She'll also be performing with her band before the broadcast at 7PM. The doors will be opening for her show at 6PM. For more info, check out WWFNewYork.com. -Speaking of WWFNY, Heat will not be broadcast live from the complex for the next two weeks due t a private party being held at there this coming Sunday. WWF new York will also not see the show the following weekend due to the Survivor Series PPV. Heat is always broacast from the venue the PPV is being held at. Former WWF and WCW performers scheduled to appear include Jimmy Hart, Kevin Sullivan, Buff Bagwell, The Nasty Boys, Roddy Piper, Hacksaw Duggan, Jerry Lawler, The Road Warriors, Curt Hennig, Konnan, Rena Mero, Crowbar, The Harris Boys, Norman Smiley, Juventud Guerrera, and Vampiro. Former ECW stars Kid Kash, Simon Diamond, and Dawn Marie are also booked. Representing Puerto Rico's World Wrestling Council will be Carlos Colon, Carly Colon, and Rey Gonzalez. Several names familiar to those who follow the independent circuit are also scheduled for the tapings, including Mike Modest of APW and Pro Wrestling NOAH fame, The Shane Twins, A.J. Styles, Chris Daniels, Low Ki, and Red of the SATs. www.RFVideo.com is reporting that Low Ki may be working under a different ring name. It is expected that Roddy Piper will be doing a Piper's Pit style interview segment and will not be wrestling. The XWF tapings are scheduled for Tuesday 11/13 and Wednesday 11/14. While the tapings are free, you will have to call 407-224-5871 to reserve your space. The tapings are tentatively scheduled both days for 10 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 4:00 PM and 5:45 PM. You must go to Turkey Lake Road at Gate 3.
