The first 2 days after recover were difficult, with me sleeping for most of that time, along with dealing with the pain, the medications, the anesthesia and therapy. I had surgery Thursday about noon, and they had me in therapy Friday morning, Friday afternoon and Saturday. I checked out of the hospital Saturday afternoon, and checked into a hotel near the rehab facility. I had rehab on Sunday and will continue rehab, here in Birmingham for a few days to a week and than back to Atlanta. My progress so far has been good and I expect that to continue. Lillian thanked everyone for coming and that as it. -After the Angle/'Taker match, Paul Heyman got into the ring and chastised the audience for "sitting on their hands" all night and said to one section that he'd get the Alliance out there to kick their asses. -As noted on RAW, Rob Zombie will be on RAW next Monday to perform Edge's new theme song, "Never Gonna Stop". -Dave Scherer reports that Paul Heyman was painfully injured last night during the main event in the announcer's table spot between rock and Jericho. He was said to be in great pain but continued calling the match. Afterward, Heyman went to the hospital but all reports indicate that his leg will be fine after some minor treatment. -Rock was also injured last night as a result of one of Jericho's chair shots at the end of the match. His forearm and elbow was heavily bruised but the extent of the injury is not known at this time. -Dave Meltzer reports that some wrestlers will be disappointed in their upcoming paychecks due to a downturn in business recently including low attendance figures which therefore have decreased individual payoffs. -Meltzer also notes that some changes will occur in the WWF very soon, especially after last night's dead crowd in Long Island, NY. It's a well known fact that the WWF change their storylines on the basis of a pop or a crowd reaction. One of these possible changes could include the unification of titles or getting rid of the non- important ones. -There has been a commercial airing for Vengeance recently in the LA and San Diego (where the PPV takes place) CA areas. HHH is in the ring asking if everyone forgot about him. His return may be hush,hush, but the WWF cannot stop doing promotion, so look for Triple H to make his appearence, VERY soon. -Motorhead's web site in describing HHH coming to the studio last week to lay down the track, mentioned HHH came "with his wife." The company announced today that approximately 52,000 tickets have been sold for WrestleMania® X-8, which will be held on March 17, 2002, at Toronto SkyDome. The event has grossed more than $3.5US million to date, already tieing it with last year's record-setting WrestleMania in Houston, Tex. More tickets will be available for sale prior to the event once staging decisions are completed. In addition, SkyDome is looking to add seating for the event and to sell all its luxury boxes. "We have received an overwhelming response to WrestleMania® X-8, particularly from our Canadian fans, the city of Toronto and SkyDome,'' said Stuart Snyder, President and COO of WWFE. ``The support we are receiving for this event is consistent with the loyalty we have seen displayed by our great fans. They will not be disappointed. We are going to deliver one of the great WrestleMania's of all-time.'' Tickets for WrestleMania® X-8 went on-sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on November 3, and almost 2,000 tickets were sold in the first minute.
