Wrestling, Ultimo ====================================================================== Article//============================================================= Joey Styles Talks In his latest 900 line report, Joey Styles reiterated that his position is that since ECW went bankrupt and did not live up to the terms and conditions of his contract, anyone who gets control of the footage from past ECW shows will have to pay him for the use of his likeness on the footage. Styles also said that he feels a case can be made, and thinks it will be made this week, that American Cable Productions owns the ECW footage, not HHG. ACP was the company that did ECW's weekly TV show for Paul Heyman. Joey also talks about last Thursday's bankruptcy court hearing, where Paul Heyman addressed the court concerning Acclaim's assertion that they were loaning ECW money and were not a part owner, and thus should be entitled to all of ECW's revenue.
