Hogan is said to be pointing his efforts toward a Baywatch spinoff or other TV shows of that nature. Hogan's quoted as saying that stations and backers are skittish on taking on a wrestling show/promotion due to the poor ratings Vince McMahon's WWF has been receiving the last few months. However, the rise in ratings the last few weeks may have Universal reconsider down the line if they continue to rise or stay steady. Hogan may still start something up again in six months if that's the case. The show did a strong 5.0 cable rating with an 8.0 share, off of hours of 4.5 (6.9) and 5.6 (9.0). That is up strongly from last week's 4.7. At least he thinks they all frolicked. Frankly, he says, after 13 to 20 beers, he's not sure who did what. "Who is the sexual activity between?" asked Assistant U.S. Attorney Glenn Baker. "That's a bit of a blur," testified Eric Bischoff at the Gold Club trial in Atlanta federal court. "Do you recall if there was any intercourse?" Baker asked. "No," Bischoff said. Bischoff said he thought his wife and Jana "Frederique" Pelnis had been a twosome. He said, however, the frolic was a spontaneous tryst and not an act of prostitution. He said he and his wife had spent the evening at the Buckhead strip club and invited Pelnis to continue the "party" at a hotel -- after much sexual innuendo between the three. Bischoff said he gave Pelnis $75 to $100 when they dropped her off at the club after leaving the hotel. He said the money wasn't pay for sex but because he wasn't sure if she had been tipped for the dances earlier at the club. Pelnis testified earlier that Mrs. Bischoff had slipped her $200 before they reached the hotel. She said club owner Steve Kaplan later gave her $800 after she told him how much the Bischoffs had given her. Kaplan had inquired whether the Bischoffs treated her all right, Pelnis said. Kaplan's attorney Steve Sadow attacked Pelnis' testimony of Kaplan paying her $800. He noted that she had never before mentioned the payment to any authorities until the trial. Pelnis said she remembered the $800 payment shortly before coming to testify. "A lot of things that I did, I didn't want to remember," Pelnis said.
