There's no air date but it is expected that it will air before Wrestlemania. Landsberg will be doing be taping two othr shows as well as the WWF are in Toronto this weekend. Chyna will be on the show's usual 4 person panel this Friday at 6pm ET (Being taped on Friday). On Saturday before their house show, OTR will tape three other shows with WWF performers. One show will have the Hardy Boyz and Lita, another will be an all Canadian panel (with probably Test, Val Venis and local wrestling personalities) and finally the aforementioned Kurt Angle show. OTR has had great one-on-one interviews with the likes of the Rock, Steve Austin and the entire McMahon family. OTR airs on Canadian all- sports network TSN. To enter the contest, click the link http://www.wwfsponsors.com/exitwounds/index.html# **As of now, the only confirmed matches for WrestleMania are The Rock vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin for the WWF Title and Chyna vs. Ivory for the WWF Women's Title. **As has already been reported, Triple H vs. The Undertaker and The Hardyz vs. The Dudleyz vs. Edge and Christian in a TLC match are both expected to be added to the card in the future. **Judging from RAW, it looks like it will be William Regal vs. Chris Jericho for the WWF Intercontinental Title and The Big Show vs. Kane for the WWF Hardcore Title for the early April PPV. **Although this is only speculation, the WWF might do either Vince vs. Shane or Vince and Trish vs. Shane and Linda at the PPV. (Cred: UltimoWrestling, 1Wrestling, The Law) _______________ [News from WCW] **There is a bit of confusion if the match at Greed between Dusty and Dustin Rhodes vs. Ric Flair and Jeff Jarrett will be a "Kiss My Ass" match as the two teams kept referring to that during their interviews on Nitro. We'll keep you updated. **Announced on Nitro was Shawn Stasiak vs. Bam Bam Bigelow for the PPV. **As for the other matches for the PPV yet to be added, Hugh Morrus and Konnan vs. Team Canada is expected to be added on Thunder, and also on Thunder, the other team to face Kid Romeo and Elix Skipper for the WCW Cruiserweight Titles will be decided when 3-Count will take on The Filthy Animals. **There is a bit of doubt surrounding the Thrillers vs. Totally Buffed Tag Team Title match for the PPV, as Buff is still suffering from a neck injury, even though further tests revealed no serious damage. He is expected to be kept off wrestling on Thunder, to give the injury enough time to fully heal. A final Greed card should be confirmed later on in the week. He, like everyone else, was anxious to hear any word on the show. - On RAW IS HEYMAN Van Dam was very surprised to hear about Paul Heyman's color commentator appearance on WWF RAW is WAR. He was also shocked to find out that Paul wore an ECW cap on WWF TV, as if he was promoting the fact that ECW was still alive and well. Despite Heyman's jump to another company, Rob does not feel that this signals the end for Extreme Championship Wrestling. Wrestling fans will remember his appearance from WrestleMania V. **Jerry Lawler has added new pictures of his wife Stacy Carter to his website at KingLawler.com. **The Associated Press reports that the XFL game Feb. 24 between New York/New Jersey and Chicago had the second-lowest audience ever for a prime-time sports program, drawing a 2.6 national rating. The scoring between Saturday night's XFL games averaged 47 points, up from the 33 point average in previous weeks, and the rule changes opening up the offense may be responsible. (Cred: 1Wrestling, PWTorch, 1Wrestling) ______________________________________________________________________ [Article] WCW's status up in the air As things stand today, the last official WCW show is Nitro on 3/26. After that point, virtually everyone is in the dark. Different people have been told different things by management, and with Brad Siegel gone all week on vacation, and Eric Bischoff also incommunicado to almost everyone (there are exceptions) and on vacation as well, rumors have spread and everyone is concerned. There are likely three different possibilities: a) The deal is dead and the company is closing two weeks from today. Of the three, my feeling is this is the least likely, although it has been talked about b) The deal is completed but they are holding off letting anyone know because Bischoff has an angle he wants to shoot concurrent with the announcement and the angle would be shot either at the PPV on the 18th or at Nitro on the 26th. My feeling is if that were the case, the company will be shut down for a lengthy period before the re- start. As everyone knows, plans change minute by minute, but I do believe they've come to the conclusion if buying it that the shutdown is necessary. Again, after the Dusty Rhodes incident last week (telling people he wouldn't be there so it would be a surprise he appeared, thus by not advertising him, whatever box office for nostalgia he'd have meant in Greenville was lost and in a company losing big money, you theoretically should book to make money, not to swerve), they still haven't learned. c) The deal may not be signed, but it is close enough to fruition that Siegel went on vacation. Bischoff going on vacation may not be evidence of anything because he himself is probably not part of the dollars and cents aspect of the sale negotiations. That is the word Siegel left before going on vacation but as we've seen evidence of so much, what Siegel tells employees is whatever will cause the least panic among them, and not necessarily the accurate story. What makes B & C most likely is that by Siegel going on vacation, that means if the deal fell through, he'd be looking for another buyer and there has been no word of any negotiations of that type. If that's the case, again, more likely than not, the last show would likely be the 26th although Fusient has had input into booking dates in April but when it comes to any TV after 3/26, if an announcement of shows on 4/2 and 4/9 and tickets aren't put on sale by the end of this week, I think it's a lock at least those dates aren't going to happen and there will be no TV those weeks unless reruns air. ______________________________________________________________________ [Parting Chair Shot] Remember, tell your friends about nWN - naidO's Wrestling News today! **Missed any TV Shows?
