Goldberg appeared on "Bubba the Love Sponge" earlier today and said that he had the option to leave WCW. Since full terms of the WCW/Fusient sale has not been released yet, it is not known if the clause would apply to Goldberg's contract or anyone else. If the clause does apply, it is likely it will to several of WCW's big names. That is not good news for Fusient. (pwtorch.com) ______________________________________________________________________ [News from The WWF] **Yesterday's RAW marked the 400th episode of the program. **The WWF's former ho, Victoria will be making her WWF debut soon. She was sent to Memphis to train, and has been working so hard she has impressed WWF officials. Many believe that she is ready to return to the WWF full time and compete in the women's division. She was even briefly featured in the promo (on the Divas Postcard from the Caribbean Fanatix) for the new WWF Diva video from Jamaica. **Chyna will be appearing as a guest on UPN's "Gary and Mike" this Friday. Here's the official preview: The Flair Era Continues The office of CEO Ric Flair has told WCW.com that the Nature Boy will once again attempt to shape the destiny of World Championship Wrestling. In the opening moments of Tuesday Nitro, Flair will announce world champion Scott Steiner's opponent for Superbrawl Revenge, WCW's February PPV. According to the official statement, Steiner will not be required to defend his belt before this momentous pay-per-view match. But that's not the best part, fans. WCW.com also received a statement from the office of Commissioner Cat. Cat's camp claims the three-time karate champion has booked Big Poppa Pump's opponent for the Superbrawl Revenge main event match. Check back with WCW.com for more details about this exciting story. The CEO and Commissioner Cat have also signed the following matches, and both men promised to book more contests during the program: Chavo and The Wall vs. General Rection and Cpl. Cajun Considering The Wall's recent defection from the MIA, this tag contest promises to deliver fierce and heated action. Mike Modest vs. Chris Daniels As WCW's cruiserweight division continues to flourish, independent stars from across the country have been applying for consideration. Modest and Daniels are two of the most sensational cruisers in the States -- but only one will get a chance to join the greatest wrestling company in the world. The Mamalukes vs. Shawn Stasiak and Mark Jindrak Now that Palumbo and O'Haire hold the tag team gold -- and Mike Sanders no longer holds the commissioner position -- all of WCW's tag teams, including the NBT pairing of Stasiak and Jindrak, will be forced to fight for title contention. Lex Luger vs. ? While the office of Commissioner Cat wouldn't divulge any details, WCW.com has learned Lex Luger will face a major player at Tuesday Nitro. Farewell to a Hero WCW producers will air a video package about Bill Goldberg.
