register on or before 10-April-2004. Fees for registration, accomodations,
meals, and post-convention tours are not guaranteed if registed after
10-April-2004. |

Cancellation
made on or before 10-May-2004, 85% refund will be issued. Cancellation
made between 10-May-2004 and 1-June-2004, 50% refund will be issued. No refund
will be made after 1-June-2004. |
