My Family

Mom - I think I get most of my personality from her. She always says what she feels, sometimes without thinking. She has a bad temper but I can also talk with her about just about anything.

Dad - Has an old school mindset. He hates rap and is very stereotypical. He's also a big hypocrate. He is a very black and white person and a pessimist. Unfortunently I think I picked up his traight of thinking negative. He does try his best to spoil me but then he holds that agaisnt me. He does sacrifice a lot of his time coaching the soccer team for rec but he expects too much out of me.

Sister (Maureen) - Although she doesn't know it, I love her a lot. When she had a crisis last September I got really pissed off and when I read about part of her past, I found out that we have a lot more in common than we think. She also has a trait or writing down exactly how she feels and tells people in notes. I seemed to have picked up both that and her rebellious streak but I missed getting her kiss ass technique to get what she wants. She know lives way the hell away from me but that just gives me a reason to go down to Orange County (beisdes to pick up hos...ok so I won't actually do that).

Grandma Pat - She need to retire. She already raised my mom and her three sisters and now she has to raise three of her grandchilden because their mom isn't the most reliable of people (so I've heard, I haven't seen her or my other aunt since I was probably 6 or 7).

Grandpa Tim - He is actually probably the most inspirational member of my family by turning his life around. He is actually pretty cool, although sometimes he is a little odd.

Aunt Eve & Uncle Gus - They are like my second parents. Since they are the only aunt and uncle that we talk to from my mom's side, we see them a lot. Although they have changed since having kids, I still love them with all my heart and like going to visit them.

My Cousins from CA (Katie, Cassie, Sami, Issabella, Lucas & Nicole) - I am extremly close with Katie & Issabella and they are like my little sisters. Katie is 15 and I'm glad that I can advise her on life and try to help her make the best out of what god has given her. Unfortunetly I think she's going to have a rough time in life with the decisions she's making now. Issabella is almost 8 and was the first baby I remember being around. One of the best parts of my life has been seeing her grow up from this little thing to the kid she is now.

Grandpa & Grandma from Ohio - They are old. There's not much else. My Grandma is very stubborn but everytime I go back there and see her she is the nicest person to me and always spoils me. My Grandpa has memory problems but I guess when I was younger him and I used to be very close although I don't remember too much about him. *NOTE My Grandpa passed away on April 12, 2002. He was 83.

Aunt Ann & Uncle Ted - Even though I barely see them since they live in Ohio, I love them a lot. When I go back there they treat me great and they just have this feeling about them that just gives off a very loving feeling. The only problem is my uncle likes Michigan. Too bad they always lose to my Ohio State Buckeyes =).

My Cousins from Ohio (Brittany & Breanne) - Although I'm the same age as Brittany, her and I don't talk much. She's on the quiet side. I do admire her strength though. Seldom would she let her emotions show concerning my grandfather passing away even though I know it affected her.I get along great with Breanne and I've actually talked to her a lot online and shes given me tons of advice.

The Skopes - Although they are all my cousins (the parents are my 1st cousins once removed and the kids are my 2nd cousins) I treat them like they are my aunt & uncle and the kids are my cousins (well they are so not much pretending). Marian is a really cool person, a little hyper sometimes, but I'm closer to her than with some of my real aunts. Kristen is 9 months younger than me and she is good looking and one of those types of people that seems to be kind of arrogant at school but around me shes sweet and we can relate to each other. Stevie is 2 grades below me but we have a lot in common and everytime I'm in Ohio we hang out and do stuff togerther (usually picking on Kristen).
