Scalloped Pineapple – Tom Nagle

Ingredients:

1 #5 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, do not drain

½ loaf white bread, crust off, cut or tea into small pieces

½ cup butter, melted

1 cup sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients together and pour into flat baking dish
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  3. Grate cheddar cheese on top after baking
