The Nagambie Lodge is located in the North Central Victorian Township of Nagambie (pop 2000). The township is situated on the Goulburn Valley Highway approximately 125 km North of Melbourne. Nagambie is considered to be an inland Oasis in that it is situated next to picturesque lake Nagambie and adjacent to the Goulburn Weir. The township is surrounded by vineyards and wineries as well as featuring many excellent cafes, restaurants and eateries.
Our Lodge is one of the oldest in Victoria with a history extending back well over 100 years. The Lodge has had a colourful history and whilst we are one of the smallest lodges in Victoria we represent a small link in the universal chain of Masonic Lodges around the world. Our odge is still very active within the community and in visiting other lodges as well as regularly hosting visitors from neighbouring lodges throughout the region. |
