September 2005: NAG's appeal to Town of Rotterdam Planning Commission to rescind/amend Negative Declaration issued for two building lots at entrance to Masullo Estates denied.
August 10, 2005: NAG spins off town-wide initiatives (including moratorium petition) to new group AIR, Accountability In Rotterdam, to focus exclusively on water remediation and other Quality of Life issues specific to Masullo Estates.
May 25, 2005: Engineering study by Lamont Engineers commissioned by Town of Rotterdam to investigate and recommend water remediation plan for Masullo Estates.
April 2005: Town of Rotterdam Highway Department performs clearing of Becker Brook.
April 2005: NAG conducts engineering survey of Masullo Estates, led by Dr. Lee Harrison and aided by informal Town of Rotterdam Highway and Public Works cooperation. 29 page report.
March 14, 2005: NAG submits petition and comments opposing approval of Helderberg Meadows proposal in response to ACOE Public Notice 2004-00779-YN.
March 1, 2005: NAG initiates petition drive for implementation of town-wide building moratorium.
February 28, 2005: NAG submits committee Mission Statement and outlines needed remediation.
January 26, 2005: Town of Rotterdam forms 7 member committee of residents to liaison with Town officials to develop and advance a course for Masullo Estates water remediation.
January 13, 2005: Town of Rotterdam conducts Special Town Meeting with residents of Masullo Estates to investigate drainage problems in subdivision.
