RSL (BLUE) V. RSL (GOLD) LOST 12-
Playing out on the backblocks on Diamond 6 we let the opposition get away from us too early in the game (they scored 9 runs in the first two innings). Jaime pitched very nicely in the first half, as did Georgia in the second. Some impressive catches were taken by Ciara and Lauren early in the game, with another impressive catch taken by Nadine in the last innings. Our six runs were scored by Amber (2), Lizzie, Nadine, Georgia and Ciara. Courtney and Janet were also out there giving it their best shot.
Player of the Match Trophy went to Ciara, who, besides taking some excellent catches at Short Stop, is always there backing up third base.
